We only use this information to identify your orders, provide you with newsletters (if you have subscribed) & to personalize your shopping experience with us. We do not pass on, sell or swap any of your personal details with anyone.

We pride ourselves on being a beautiful shopping destination for those who are interiors obsessed. We aim to provide the same experience with our online store. It is our mission to assist you to fall in love with your JSF Interiors piece. We want you to love your JSF interiors products as much as we do. With this in mind, if you are not completely satisfied with your item, you may send it back for a refund or exchange. * Please see conditions below.
*In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, we will provide a refund if the item is faulty and cannot be repaired or replaced. It is at the wholesaler’s discretion if an item is deemed faulty. JSF Interiors will first need to check prior to agreeing to a refund. Also please note that we do our best to display the true colour of products; however colours may vary slightly depending on your computer monitor or device. JSF Interiors will not consider this a fault if the colour is slightly different.
We take great pride in our products and packaging, so we certainly hope you never receive a faulty or damaged product from us. If on the rare occasion, this does occur please contact JSF Interiors, immediately, prior to returning the products.
Products must be received back in store within 14 days of you receiving your products.
Products must be returned in its original, resell-able condition, unused and with receipt, with all tags & original packaging intact.
Shipping costs will not be refunded or credited. All return shipping to JSF Interiors will be covered by the customer. We recommend sending returns via registered post as we do not accept responsibility for lost items.
Credit Notes will be issued in the form of a JSF Interiors Gift Card.
Returns will be processed within 1-3 business days by one of our friendly team. Once product(s) are inspected you will be contacted via email advising of a refund or exchange. We do not accept returns on sale items.
Our team will inspect the return item before we issue a store credit.
JSF Interiors reserves the right to refuse the return if it does not meet the above conditions. You will be notified via email of your item did not meet our returns condition.
